Optimistic Failure Journal To Improve Your Life
A cheerful failure journal. Two format options with 200 blank pages of high quality white paper.
Use it as it fits you, yet my recommendation is:
- Every time you fail or screw up something, write it down together with the lessen you are taking from it, and leave two more lines empty
- Come back two weeks later to check back with yourself, and add how have you been implementing the lesson
- Then come back 6 months later to reflect how this lesson changed your life
Backstory:
As an emotionally expressive and somewhat free-flowing person, I have found it beneficial to keep a dedicated diary for specific occasions and emotions. This allows me to track my progress in various areas.
Inspired by this approach, which has helped me manage my highly imaginative mind, I have decided to create a collection of notebooks for different occasions and emotions. These notebooks are a tool to gain control over thoughts racing through our minds, designed in a sweet & optimistic way so that your day gets a bit brighter every time you look at it :)
My intention, however, is to create more than just a set of visually appealing notebooks. I am working on creating a template for the human mind organised by departments.
